With more than 16 years of experience in the financial and mortgage industry, Ashlee Yocum is passionate about helping homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership. As the founder of the Oklahoma Mortgage Gals team at Waterstone Mortgage, Ashlee is known for combining industry expertise with clear, compassionate communication — ensuring every client feels confident and informed throughout the mortgage process.

Ashlee works with a wide range of loan programs to help meet the needs of today’s homebuyers, including conventional loans, FHA loans, HUD Section 184 loans, down payment assistance programs, and mortgage solutions for self-employed borrowers. She believes that buying a home is one of life’s most important milestones, and she takes pride in helping clients navigate the financing process with clarity and confidence.

Clients appreciate Ashlee’s approachable style, strong communication, and commitment to making the mortgage experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. She is supported by her longtime loan partner, Leslie Wells, whose behind-the-scenes coordination helps ensure every loan moves efficiently from application to closing.

Ashlee’s journey to success is rooted in perseverance and determination. As a former teenage mother, she understands firsthand the power of hard work and believing in yourself. Today, with a grown son and two younger children, she considers it an honor to help other families achieve the stability and opportunity that homeownership can provide.

Outside of the mortgage industry, Ashlee holds an associate degree in business and marketing and stays active in her community through Guts Church and the Wesley Chapel Youth Program. When she’s not helping clients secure home financing, she enjoys working out, dancing Bachata, and cheering on her daughter in basketball and her youngest son in wrestling.
